Brittani Dick, Director

Brittani Dick is a proud Monticello native who was born and raised in Wayne County, Kentucky. A 2007 graduate of Wayne County High School, Brittani moved away to pursue higher education, earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's in Healthcare Administration. In 2014, she married her high school sweetheart, Wesley, a pharmacist at Wayne County Pharmacy. Together, they’ve built a life centered on family and community—staying active through local business sponsorships, coaching little league teams, and finding meaningful ways to give back.

After starting their family, Brittani and Wesley felt the call to return home — a decision that reaffirmed her passion for serving the community that raised her. In 2022, she joined the Monticello-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, where she now serves as Director. Since stepping into this role, she has found joy in building connections, supporting local businesses, and helping the Chamber grow into a stronger community force.

Outside of work, Brittani loves staying involved locally and cherishes time with her growing family. She and Wesley live in Monticello with their two sons, John Brody (7) and Sammy (5), and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their third boy in August 2025. When their boys aren't keeping them busy with sports, the family enjoys traveling, home projects, and vacations to Anna Maria Island.
